What’s not to love about this Chocolate Drip Wedding Cake, the smell of chocolate was amazing, there is always something so satisfying about having a cake which looks fantastic, tastes delicious and smells divine and this ticked all the boxes.
The couple fell in love with a single tiered design and very much wanted it turned into a wedding cake, so with my own twist and the addition of macaroons, meringue kisses, white chocolate shards and strawberries we came up with this design during the couples consultation.
They married at the beautiful Christchurch Harbour Hotel in Dorset overlooking the sea and it was a perfect day for their wedding. They choose salted caramel, lemon and cherry bakewell for their cake as they are delicious summer flavours.
