Very Vanilla

A light Madagascan vanilla infused sponge layered with my signature fluffy buttercream and artisan strawberry or raspberry conserve.

Creamy Caramel

A moist caramel sponge swirled with my ‘secret recipe’ salted caramel sauce layered with vanilla butter cream and lashings of salted caramel sauce.

Zesty Lemon

A lemon infused sponge layered with Dorset produced lemon curd and my fluffy vanilla buttercream.

Coffee & Pecan

A double shot coffee sponge dotted with pecan nuts layered with a smooth coffee butter cream and chopped pecan nuts.

Double Chocolate

My signature chocolate cake made with the best quality Belgian chocolate layered with a chocolate or vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate Orange

A moist orange infused sponge dotted with chunks of chocolate orange layered with a chocolate buttercream and more chunks of chocolate orange.

Belgian White Chocolate & Passionfruit

A light white chocolate sponge made using the finest Belgian chocolate layered with a vanilla buttercream and lashings of Dorset produced Passionfruit curd.

Cookies and Cream

An indulgent vanilla sponge dotted with crushed oreo biscuits layered with an oreo and chocolate buttercream.

Lemon and Elderflower

A lemon sponge infused with a delicate Elderflower syrup layered with an Elderflower buttercream and a Dorset produced lemon curd.

Raspberry St Clements

A moist sponge infused with lemon and orange dotted with fresh raspberries layered with a lemon butter cream and lemon curd and more fresh raspberries.

Cherry Bakewell

A light almond sponge infused with amaretto layered with a light vanilla butter cream and a Morello cherry conserve.

Brandy infused Fruit Cake

My signature fruitcake made using Brandy soaked fruits and left to mature to give a rich moist fruitcake.
