Welcome, I am Sadie, the baker, creator, and founder of Cake by Sadie Smith.

I am lucky enough to live on the South Coast of the UK in sunny Dorset, there is so much around me to draw on for inspiration in my designs from the beautiful beaches to lush countryside. My inspiration and creativity has allowed me not only to specialize in highly styled cakes with a mountain of sugar work but in the more natural, I have developed a real love of working with real flowers and foliage on naked and semi naked cakes.

 I have gained recognition across the UK and further afield with my stunning wedding cake designs, winning multiple awards, featuring in many international publications, and taking part in global collaborations.

Every cake I create is unique and an original design tailored to my clients. Working with couples from initial enquiry to delivery I will create you an indulgent wedding cake which will inspire conversation and create memories.
